Overview
A 3D and motion-led visual system for BMW × Snapdragon Symbiotic Drive, combining rendered vehicle imagery with photography and footage from Munich.
The work brings BMW's premium automotive identity together with Snapdragon's technology story through custom 3D vehicle renders, motion, and carefully integrated Munich location material.
The Challenge
The visual language needed to make BMW and Snapdragon feel like one story while keeping both brands immediately recognizable. Rendered vehicle imagery also had to sit naturally beside real photography and footage from Munich.
My Role
I worked across 3D visualization, lighting and rendering, motion, compositing, and post-production, integrating the vehicle renders with the Munich material.
Creative Decisions
Lighting, perspective, movement, color, and the overall visual treatment were matched across rendered and real-world material so the campaign read as one cohesive system.
Process
The work moved from source and location material into 3D development, lighting and rendering, compositing, and final color. Cinema 4D and Redshift handled the vehicle work, with After Effects used for motion and finishing.
